Routine begins

Since returning from the retreat in Assisi, the regular routine of the ESM life has begun. On weekdays we start in the chapel with a time of praising God, followed by an hour of Adoration. The students attend classes later in the morning and also in the afternoon. Sometimes there are classes in the evening as well. While the students are in class, we are working working working. We have Mass together and meals together every day. It's very busy, but very rewarding.

Fr Markus came from Germany for one day to teach the students about the Liturgy. Even though they were in class just about all day, they really loved the class.

I had a coldsore - thus the creepy side-on glance

We are awaiting the visit of many of our Australian friends who will come to Rome for the Canonisation of our first saint, Blessed Mary of the Cross (MacKillop)
